This is the model where the lid doubles as a skillet, so you can load the dough on the skillet/lid, score it easily, then cover with the pot as the "hat". It has two short loop handles on both the base and the skillet/lid.

I don't know if it is deep enough for loaf bread. But the griddle can be used for pizza on a camp fire, then the "pot" or "wok" can be put over it as a lid. The pot/wok half is designed to hold coals when inverted as a lid over the griddle, so it will cook from above like a camp-style dutch oven.
Has removable wire handles. If you have not seen one, at least check it out. It has very high ratings on Amazon.

Note for pizza experts: This is not as smooth a surface as a baking steel. Lodge cast iron has a textured surface, so the pizza crust is not going to lie as flat on it as with a steel. Therefore, the browning of the bottom crust won't be the same as with a smooth piece of steel.

I have this and it's good for making small flatbreads or pizza in the toaster oven. It's a cast iron version of a baking stone. Has a low edge/lip, like a pizza pan, to prevent spills.

Update: I ordered this item and just received it. As seems usual when Amazon has deep discounts on Lodge products, there are minor blemishes. There are a couple places on the edge where the seasoning got rubbed or chipped off. (And no, it was not at the hole where the item was hung for spraying on the oil.) The exposed metal has rusted, so it needs sanded down before re-seasoning.
The size is perfect for a sizzling serving plate, individual size; or a single serving griddle.
