comparing freshly milled and freshly flaked directly

Yesterday, I made four loaves of banana oat quick bread. Two loaves were completely traditional - store-bought white flour and old-fashioned oats. The other was all freshly milled soft white wheat and freshly flaked oats.

...And we prefer the freshly milled and freshly flaked and they worked beautifully. I didn't need to alter ANYTHING.

When something tastes great and it's better for you. That is truly a win-win.

Below is freshly milled soft white wheat and freshly flaked oats

This compares the two.

Looks yummy. I also bake a lot, my child loves my pastries. And now, I've been using only whole grain flour or rye flour. since baking is so more healthy and the taste is great. I also really like to bake cakes or make curly baked goods, but it’s quite difficult because you need a lot of different kitchen tools, such as mixing bowls, scraper, cone .. for the right choice, various reviews really help me.

In my last successful purchase I was greatly helped by the electric knife sharpener reviews, and you know, I am delighted. Because with the help of a knife I can make curly pastries, fill it with berries/jam/ cream and decorate it beautifully from above.

For example, how do you like this one?

And I would really like to hear the recipe of your baking, please share :)
