CHANGING YOUR STARTER'S pH ENVIRONMENT
CAN YOU ADD PINEAPPPLE JUICE TO YOUR STARTER TO CHANGE THE pH AND THE BACTERIAL POPULATION OF YOUR STARTER. IF SO HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE TO ADD THE JUICE TO MAINTAIN THAT POPULATION AND pH.

I believe that the pineapple juice is most useful when building your starter from scratch rather than once it is already going and mature.
What is your goal for lowering the PH? Are you after more sour?
