Proofer and hydration

I'm new to bread baking so forgive me if this is a naive question:

If using a Brod & Taylor proofer and a high hydration dough, is it possible that the additional humidity in the proofer will further increase the hydration level of the dough?  If it is, should the original water content of the dough be adjusted to account for that?
