I love this site!

I discovered this site today when I was looking for a place to buy a couche and have since fallen in love! I love baking, especially bread, and the tips and recipes here are wonderful. It's so great to be able to ask other bakers about what works for them and what needs to be tweaked to make a recipe more successful.

I'm making my first attempt at ciabatta this weekend and have already seen some things that I'm sure will make it easier. (By the way, thank you to those of you who have suggested alternatives to spending $25 at Sur La Table for a couche - I'm going to the local fabric store tomorrow to get some linen instead.)
