French bakery lover from Brasil ;)
Hi everyone my name is Sam, I am french but now I live in Brasil. I ve been checking this site for a while but I just decided to register today because I think this wonderful community would be able to help in my everyday troubles with bread baking, sourdough problems, etc. I am really excited to get in the world of TFL , and say Hello, Salut, Oi to everyone !

There's a Search tool in the upper right hand corner of every page. Type in Brazil -nut and you’ll get a long list of posts from other bread bakers in Brazil that describe the things they’ve learned or found there.

Which city in Brazil? I live in Rio. There is a nice facebook group, called levain, in case you are also looking for Brazilian people who are into baking.
There are nice posts about where to get good flours etc
