I loved your "Holes of nothing" comment!


Isn't it funny how we all try for holes that are big but not cavernous (the room where the baker sleeps...I read that is a baker jab) in rustic type breads?
It does speak to tehcnique and skill not to mention typically improved flavor so that is good. I do think you hit my funny bone this morning however with the "holes of nothing".
