I agree with Dan about calling the seller. In the meantime, I would unscrew the hopper so that it is set to the coarsest setting and try to flick the switch on and off and see what happens. If the hopper was screwed all the way past fine, the stones could be touching, which would keep them from turning when you switched it on.
i just tried as suggested but nothing. It doesn’t even feel like anything is even trying to start up. It’s like it’s missing a motor (though heavy enough to have one). I tried calling komo as they say 24/7 every day but they aren’t available. I’ll call the seller tomorrow. Thanks everybody.
If you plug something else into the receptacle will it work?
Does the mill make any sort of noise that would indicate it is getting power.
I hope you get this figured out.
Dan
outlet works when I plug in my Kitchenaid. No sound or anything from the Komo :-(
Looks like you’ll have to call the seller.
Too bad.
Is there maybe a reset button or circuit breaker on the unit.

But I got a replacement with no issues. What a beautiful, amazing mill. I love it!
