Hello fellow bakers!

I have been a follower here for several weeks, but finally have time to introduce myself. My name is Denise and I currently live in Dothan, AL. I operate a bakery (cakes, cupcakes, muffins, etc..) out of my home, but bread is my true love. I bake bread whenever I have a chance, and try to learn as much as possible to better myself and my baking. 

I’m looking forward to getting to know my fellow enthusiasts, and hopefully learning more.

What types of breads are you interested in?

Right now I’m fascinated with rustic loaves, and am working through “Flour,Water, Salt, Yeast”, with much success. Have just got a levain started, so I am looking forward to trying that out when I get it matured.
