I'm new here and started to bake bread this past year
I'm Benny and I'm the new guy in the bakery. I'm pretty new to baking bread as I've just really started to bake bread over the past year. I've had some success with bread make with commercial yeast using some the methods in Peter Reinhart's book Artisan Breads Every Day. This past week I have started to made a sourdough starter, again following the method in Peter's book. My first attempt wasn't great and I gave up on it and think I made a few errors. My second attempt I've moved into his Phase 3 Seed Culture and I'm hoping this will work out, fingers crossed.
I hope to learn a lot from the rest of you.
