Hello from Missouri, New to this forum
Hello to all from Western Missouri. A rather new "baker" but long time amature cook. If I have a passion it is for cooking in old fashioned cast iron cookwear over open fire at my farm. I have worked a number of years on cooking and recently have moved to baking both at home in modern kitchen and at cabin with the chuckwagon approach. My sourdough starter, named Ted, is 3 years old and has helped me learn bread, waffles, pancakes and we continue to learn together.




Looking forward to hearing about baking on the range. Please share your experience cooking/baking under the stars!
