I don't know the exact recipe as I don't have it here at work but over the weekend I baked this sourdough recipe from DM Snyder and it came out nice.

 To be honest I added something but I couldn't remember as I made 2 other recipes that day

Next is the 40 cold ferment , I hope to get the crust looking as good as yours
