Hello From California

Just wanting to introduce myself. I am living in the San Joaquin Valley about 35 miles south of Fresno. I have been baking sourdough bread for about 30+ years...wrong.  A year ago I decided to finally try and learn how to do it properly and I'm getting close! Thanks all for this wonderful forum.
