Bread form question

I am looking to buy a bread form that is exactly like baguette form but will make only one loaf and is wider than a baguette is. I particularly want those little holes that are present in the baguette form.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists, where to find it and what the name is? Thanks for your help.

Most come as a two loaf pan but you can also bake only one loaf in it.  Handy if you decide to bake two loaves.

I would have said the same thing, probably for the same reason, but "Handy if you decide to bake two loaves" just struck me as the most hilarious thing - like if the advertising for a hat said "Ideal for someone with a head". (Or, on the negative side, imagine a barber's stern-looking sign saying "No Haircuts For Bald People".) ?

No large order needed here as at the former link.  The perforated bottom is there.  I might also get it but it is 16 in long and won't fit in the proofer.  Proofer has been important for the rises for 100% whole wheat sourdoughs.
