Bread Recipe Calculator Demo

I've been working on a bread recipe spreadsheet that will available to anyone. It works on Google Sheets so no spreadsheet program is necessary.  It's not completely finished, but I thought now would be a good time to get some feedback. So, I made a video showing how the spreadsheet works, to this point. What I'm hoping for are suggestions and criticisms.  If I've got something wrong or the interface is confusing, I'd really like to fix it. Here's the video link. If it's blurry make sure you've selected the HD quality by clicking on the gear icon.

hselzle, I deleted that video because I was still making some changes and additions as I used it for my own personal experimentation. I'm just doing some final format tweaking for the online version.  So, soon I'll post links for those who might like to try it out.

That is great to hear.  I ll look at your video ASAP. Ahh that link does not work.
I am bake for living and I am also a software engineer.(Data scientist) I am also working on an App for this sort of stuff where you can register as a single user or as a bakery. It does all the formula calculations and costs.  What I found difficult with excel is to be able to reference other formulas with in a formula. Say you wanna make Panattone. That formula is  complicated so referencing other spread sheets get complicated.
The app will even collects time and temp information so that an AI or lets say a statistical model gives you the most optimal DDT and stuff.
I am also going to create a forum post on this.  let us know when you refresh your link.

That's great. The more the merrier. I hope you'll have a video or demo so we can all check it out. Sounds powerful! The last 20 years of my engineering career I did mostly software engineering and data analysis, in most of the major languages, Excel, and SQL.  And you're right, Excel formulas suck!  I started the spreadsheet years ago for my own use but lately as I've gotten more involved in artisan baking, I've been fleshing it out.  I thought of another feature to add a couple of days ago so I'm just finishing that up.  Then I'll put it out there and hopefully get some feedback.
