Once your bread has reached it's final rising in the bread machine, remove the dought, divide and briad and let the final rise be on your baking sheet. I cover mine with parchment paper, as I prefer it rather than oil.
Bread machines do save on time and effort, but I use the kneading process are a type of therapy/excercise for my hands.
