what to do with a cooked savory meat filling

So I have some leftover savory meat filling (beef, bell pepper, onion) that I want to use. I also want to add brie because it really works well with that filling.

Any ideas what dough would be good to work with? Pizza dough or something else?

Anything interesting I can shape it into. I have looked at stromboli or calzone but was hoping for something more interesting to try out. I need to practice shaping... Any ideas?

I love to use leftover meat to make pastry pies.  Roll out a pie or tart dough and divide into 4; fill, fold over, crimp with a fork, and cut a couple vents.  Bake on parchment in a sheet pan @ 400 F for about 15-20 minutes until it browns to your liking.  It works with creamy pot pie type fillings, curried ones, or whatever.

That actually reminds me I wanted to try a hot water pastry! Thanks
