Pans to use

Hi All

i’ve just started baking bread using cast iron. Is there a loaf pan with a lid out there that is not so expensive?

Pam, when you mentioned a covered loaf pan, are you talking about something like a pullman covered bread pan? If so, you could use any bread pan and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
