Artisan Baking in 5 Minutes

Floyd, did you ever get a copy of Jeff and Zoe's book to review? I do hope I didn't miss it if you did. I sent a (non bread baking) friend the basic recipe and she made it and baked all of it in one go - so much for flavor improving with time. She claims it was good... A.
