Sourdough Starter sample never floats ?
Decided my disappointments were due to a poor Starter ... so started again ... but the results are the same :
My new Starter looks as bubbly as before, but again a sample never floats in water.

how old is it, what is your feeding regime? it might just be immature so more info will help us to help you.
Just try to bake with it. Many don't float, esp. ones that are 100% hydration, b/c they are too wet.
