just thought id put this up - rarely take pictures of food but this sourdough is baked up with the last of my wholewheat, whole spelt and whey from the last round of yogurt making...

I also make yogurt. Do you use 100% whey for your liquids? How do you find it affects your breads?
yep 100% whey only because i need to use it up...I actually like it...good tang and im not sure if it was the bake but there was alot of elasticity in the dough....great chew...
