Another cheap deal


Another bargain recently spotted on Amazon: A Nonstick Silicone Baking Sheet for under ten bucks, over half off. Word is these things are great for frequent cookie bakers.

I'd go with these:

Silpat

They're the same price and made by Demarle, the company that invented the silicone baking mat/pan. I have several of these, including a few flexipans, they are well worth the money.

I even use them when I'm making breads (if I'm not cooking directly on the stone).
