Hi from Florida

I found this website by a link from a a cooking newsletter.  I am not a fan of sandwich bread, but grew up eating old world breads baked by my Polish grandmother and also the wonderful breads in Germany where I lived for 9 years.  Artisan breads are my passion.  I used to bake bread from scratch, but now use my bread machine to mix and sometimes bake bread.
