My Last Home Baking Project


This is something I sort of threw together for dinner Sunday.  I say 'sort of' because you can't just throw puff pastry together, but I already had that ready from the night before.  I just layered thin sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar on the pastry, baked it, and like magic it's dessert!

You got me with the wording.  I expected you were throwing in the towel (no pun intended) or that you were going pro.  You meant your most recent home baking project, not your last.  What kind of apples did you slice?


That's my last question on this topic.

I used Granny Smith apples because I wanted the tangy bite.  I like a good tart apple.
