Hello from Northern Virginia
Registered here 2'ish weeks ago and thought I'd drop my hello. Have been maintaining a sourdough starter for about two years, making bread every week or two, having learned from books like Tartine Bread, FWSY, and Bread Baker's Apprentice. Signed on here to see what I could see, and have already learned some great new techniques. Started a No Muss No Fuss starter off my current starter last week and doing a levain build from that as I type. Love the simplicity. Anyway, that'll be me lurking, learning, and piping in now and again with questions. Thanks for having me.
