Advice for equipment regarding baking bread (commercial)

We are small pizza shop and would like bake bread. We have mixer for pizza dough. We are deciding what type of oven to buy for baking artisan bread (pizza oven we have is only conveyor). Can anyone advice? What other equipment do we need? We have big enough walk-in cooler? Do we need separate retarder? Any help appreciated.
