No crusty bread for awhile...:-(((

Due to dental work can not have crusty bread among other things so had to turn to so soft Hokkaido bread and sourdough pancakes....so pleased with the result...have never made Hokkaido as a loaf before only made rolls am so pleased it sliced beautifully and the crumb is delightful....will get back to crispy sourdough soon I hope...
