Introduction

Hi folks. My name is Jay. I'm a designer engineer but I am getting back into baking after a hiatus.  I'm in the Pacific Northwest. I like flat breads including pizza, but also crackers and croissants. I've been coming into this site for years now, but I have somehow lost my old username and password. I've mostly just read and researched here. Now I'd like to give something back.

I'd like to make contact with the owner of the the Fresh Loaf site if at all possible. Is that Floyd?

Nice to have you back with us.
