NON GMO no starch no soy no yeast no sugar bread?

Hi, not sure where exactly on this forum to post this thread so if it is in the wrong erea, please move it to the proper place. I was wondering if there is any non gmo no starch, no soy no yeast, no sugar homemade bread recipes you know of or out there on the internet that take the most least amount of time to make? I tried looking on the internet but there seems to be very little or no bread recipes like this at all. There seems to be only one bread brand available based on my preferences above but its not homemade and expensive, about 14$ a loaf. I want to make my own homemade bread based on preferences mentioned above because I am thinking it will be cheaper then buying the bread in a store, grocer or food market.
