hey you bread lovers. what is malthouse flour? whats the substitute for it?

Flour made with a percentage of sprouted and kilned (malted) grains. Often a blend of wheat, barley and rye. Typically malted wheat flakes are included.

It's the flour that makes a Granary loaf, popular in the UK.
