Just made these bad boys:) 1 x White, 1 X Wholemeal, 1 x Spelt
That's my baking Va Va Vooooooom returned :)

I have tried a slice or two (hehe) of all 3 and they are some of my best yet. What did surprise me was that I did both the bulk and final prove all in the fridge, and on top of that put them straight in the Lodge from cold ......... lovely spring.
