The inside of the loaf was VERY tender, and very yummy! It is a favorite of my 5 year old. (she is not a fan of crust!)potato bread interior: The inside of the loaf was VERY tender, and very yummy! It brings back happy memories of my younger days seeing your son playing with the dough on the counter. My mom would do the same with my sister and I, and it was definately a great part of our lives. I hope one day he'll look back in fondness too.
