Hello! I'm new!
And I don't speak english well: i'm italian and I am an italian webmaster. My websites are http://www.gennarino.org (italian cooking) and http://www.panefattoincasa.net (home baking).
I'm preparing a poolish now: I want prepare a buttermilk cluster with poolish. If you want, tomorrow I can tell you how it is... ;-))
I'll happy if I can help you with italian recipes (bread, pizza and other italian recipes).
