Cadbury's Cream Egg Cookies

I have a nice chocolate chip cookie recipe I use but for Easter I was thinking of making Cream Egg Cookies.  I have found the small chocolate coated cream eggs (not mini eggs) and was going to chop them up a bit and then add them instead of the choc chips.  Has anybody tried this or have a recipe?

Also if they turn out a bit soft due to the added moisture in the Cream Eggs could I counteract this with more flour or what else could I add.  I will trial and error but just looking to see if anybody had already done that :)

I think the cream would just mix in and create a flatter crisper cookie due to the extra sugar ( the creme is just fondant after all). I would think you wouldn’t really be able to tell that they were Cadbury creme eggs in it.

Thanks.  I think I have given up on this idea.

If you still wanted to try it... maybe put the chopped up bits on the cookie half way through baking when it's molten?

I LOVE Cabury Creme Eggs- I'm thinking of trying them in brownies this year.
