Sourdough Starter

Hi Guys,

So I got into a bit of a pickle today, I had put my Sourdough Starter in the oven, just sitting in there, it wasn't on. However, I put the grill on underneath it, and actually forgot about turning the grill off for jeez it could of been 40 mins, when I realised the Oven was so hot, and my starter, was cooking on the sides! I thought it would be completely killed off, but I've fed it and it looks like there are some bubble and signs of life, should I keep feeding it a few more times to see if it will make it? And unfortunately i'm very silly and had no BACKUP Starter in fridge :(

what have you got to lose other than a bit of flour and some water. It may take a few feedings over the next day or two to get it back in shape. Do keep us informed about the status.
