Windows App for BP?

Hello! Wasnt sure where this belonged so here seemed appropriate :). Im looking for a windows app for cataloging my Bakers percentage recipes and notes from experimental loafs. Online is ok too but id prefer something i can download and use without internet access. I prefer not to use excel because of bad vision and my adaptive settings dont play nice with excel sheets. Ive found oodles of android and apple apps but nothing in the windows store :(.

Any ideas or reccomendations please?
