Spreadsheets for TFL members
Hello everyone!
If anyone needs a custom spreadsheet, I'd be glad to set it up for him/her. For example, if you want to plan a schedule for your bakes, with steps, quantities, ingredients, percentages, timings.. etc, a spreadsheet will be a helpful tool to plan ahead your work. Just give me all the details that you want the spreadsheet to calculate for you, and I'll be happy to set it up for you to download and use.

I didn't know that there is a dough calculator around here! Nice work. Congratulations. I like its flexibility to accommodate for all kind of ingredients, preferment types and all.
The ones I have in mind to setup is not so flexible. Its usually customized to a specific recipe to be used as a baking planner, with timings, so that your bakes are ready when you want them. They also have a built-in dough calculator, though not as flexible as yours.
