The British Shop, in Bronte, Oakville, Ontario.
I looked on the bag to see what was inside, it say's, whole wheat flour and malted wheat flakes 17%.
Malted wheat flakes I have found out is available
in the brew it stores, and you can buy any amounts. Don't know if this info is any good to you... :-)))) qahtan

I've mentioned the shop to my brother, but needless to say, haven't heard a word back from him, but I'll try for the malted wheat flakes around the Montreal stores.
