Hello everyone
I just joined and am looking forward to exploring and learning. I've been baking my family's bread for a little over a year now. I've been getting tired of the same two recipies. I really want to learn how to do more.





Welcome to you. This is a great place to gain wisdom and inspiration in the bread baking world. I have no words for how much I have learned here.
If you're looking for wonderful recipes with clear explanations, check out the Favorite Recipes section. I regularly make the Italian bread, Floyd's "my daily bread", and the Struan bread. These are good work-horse recipes you can do a lot with, and you never get tired of them.
