I first saw Auvergnat in one of the Raymond Calvel videos and made them once (think separate dough disc plonked on top), but they didn't look as good as yours! What do you use for the dark brown stencilled colour?

You can use dark malt or cocoa powder.

Love your stencils. Do you make your own?

These are awesome! I can see using this to make a sweetened bread. Then use powder and color sugar on top.
