GF Cookie Dough Recipes?
Hello all!
It is my best friend's birthday this weekend and I am looking for a GF chocolate chip cookie recipe! (She has celiac disease so cannot eat any gluten) but she loves chocolate chip cookies so I want to bake her a giant gluten free cookie cake for her birthday!
Please let me know if anyone has a good GF chocolate chip cookie dough recipe! Thanks in advance :)

I don't have a recipe (sorry). but I do have a very dear friend who has celiac. Please be very, very careful to avoid any cross contamination from anything in your kitchen; restaurants that truly have gluten free items on the menu use specially dedicated utensils and a specially dedicated area for the gluten free products. The area is well separated from the rest of the cooking area, and is cleaned thoroughly regularly. This may be a bit extreme if your best friend is just intolerant but not celiac; it may be that a really complete cleaning of everything you use and the entire area where you prepare and bake (and the ultimate container for the cookies has never been near gluten containing items) could be enough. If you don't already know, might be a good idea to ask your friend just how strongly intolerant her situation is.

Yes thank you for the concern, fortunately she doesn't have a super serious reaction but definitely am going to be very cognecant of avoiding cross contamination! I hope your dear friend is doing okay with her celiac disease!
The holidays are also coming and I think that is when cookie recipes for everyone comes up. I just entered "GF cookie" in search box and got multiple hits.
