Although I don't think cracking out the frozen bread dough to proof in our RV can be considered "artisinal", it's not bad for a meat-smoking schmuck.

That looks divine.  Does it taste as good as it looks? I saw the recent posts about the BGE and I did some research, I'm glad to see you can use it for baking.
