I finally upgrade my poor Kitchenaid to a Bosch and now I need to adjust my recipe to suit. I'm told there is a Virginia specific wheat bread recipe for the Bosch & I'd like to get my hands on it.  Also, lately I've been baking my bread in old 1 qt metal pineapple juice cans b/c I like the round shape & limited crust.  However, the baking time is way off from my normal pans so it's always a guessing game.  Anyone else ever try this?
