First Ciabatta bread...

Not delighted with my first Ciabatta, this one has olive oil, 2 flour, salt, sugar and 1 water. It's a bit to oily for me, the dough was really really wet it was in the mixer for 12 mins and proofed for 3 hours. I think I will try the no knead recipe and the overnight proof next time it doesn't have oil or sugar in it. If at first you don't succeed.....
