Thank you, I look forward to both giving and receiving information. I will no doubt bounce ideas off of everyone here as I am currently preparing for a big national competition here.
I'm sure we'd all enjoy hearing about your preparations and the competition, if you have time to post about that! We all love pictures, formulas, techniques, etc. A bunch of bread geeks, we are! Anyway, welcome from Western Canada. :)
All the Southern Hemisphere signup a lately ? Not complaining just know there's a few threads heating up on pavlova ownership between the the Anzacs here - regardless welcome and looking forward to more posts ;)
Haha just like to share my passion. And don't worry I am kiwi and an Aussie so it doesn't worry me where it came from. I still reckon NZ though haha
