I'm searching for a recipe for my Zojirushi that uses 100% freshly milled spelt flour with no added milk, eggs or gluten. If you can help I'd be most appreciative!! Thank you.
This is a pretty simple recipe. I have used in with My Toastmaster Bread Machine. It makes a delicious Bread with a Nutty Flavor:
1.4 Cups Water3 Tablespoons Olive Oil3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar2 Teaspoons Sea Salt4 Cups Whole Grain Spelt Flour1 Tablespoon Instant Dry yeast
I figured out that for some reason my recipes calling for 1 TBSP of yeast were suddenly only needing 1/2 TBSP. That stopped my rising and falling! I no longer have to do spelt bread w/o dairy or eggs--my dd lost most of her allergies and I've had acupuncture to cure my dairy allergy. It's been such a huge blessing! Thanks so much for the recipes--I'm saving them just incase!
