Sourdough love

For the love of a simple sourdough. We have been gradually packing up our home for an interstate move next month and the baking has been neglected. Using up the leftover flour and sourdough starter this week. Looking forward to a new life and lots more baking.

A good loaf of bread seems to be able to smooth some of those stressful edges. That and a good night's sleep! So there you have it. My advice for a successful move.  marybeth

Thank you, it sounds like the perfect medicine right now. I am giving it a go.

and have lived in the same house for 31 years.  I think I got i from my grandmother Geraldine,  She died in the house she was born in and was 94 years old at her death.  How many people could say that on their tombstone?  Moving means new and new means change and a chance for a brighter better future.... or certain death..... but I'm betting in the former :-)

Have fun and be as happy moving as you are baking.

We seem to have relentlessly itchy feet and have moved approximately 19 times over 4 continents. But I think the novelty has worn off. Right now I wish I had been living in the same house my whole life :) Thank you for the kind comments and history. More baking posts coming in the near future.

I still owned all the places I lived in up to 35 years old........Then I could just travel from one place to another and never move!
