Re-do starter

hi I decided to Re-do my starter again.

50/50 rye/white flour and water.

Left is from scratch 19Jun 8pm, right is 20Jun 8pm

i found it is very active and strong, is there an issue with that?

Looks perfect. Initial bubbling up can happen quite quickly but you need to see it through past this stage as it isn't from the bacteria and yeasts in a viable starter. Continue but don't be surprised if all goes quiet on the 3-4th feed. If you do then skip a feed or two until it picks up again.

thank you for your comment then I won't be worry on day 3-4 if they are getting quiet.

I shall do the daily feeding routine until 7-9days!!

looks good to me too!

I can't tell if your lid latches are closed, but I would caution against using air tight container - the CO2 build up could cause quite the mess, whether in the fridge or on the counter. It looks like you have a plastic vessel, but there are numerous stories in the field of mason jar fatalities...
