I want to make my own honey graham crackers but have not found a good recipe. Any help out there?

On pages 296-297 of Peter's Reinhart's Whole Grains Bread Book, is a recipe for these. I have been wanting to try these myself, especially since he uses honey, which I will probably use for all of it, instead of some of the molasses that he uses.
