Bakipan yeast in the U.S.? Help a blind baker

Hi, fellow bakers;

i live in Canada, where I buy Bakipan Traditional yeast, which I find has a superior flavour to the yeasts I've gotten at grocers and in bulk over the years.

My friend Will lives in Atlanta, and as he's blind, would like to buy Bakipan yeast online, and have it delivered.

Trouble is, we can't find it to buy. Anybody know what gives?

He can purchase it from Amazon.  I am wondering if it is the same as Red Star yeast here in the states.  They were listed together on the searches.

Thanks, Lera, for getting back to me. :)

We tried Amazon, and wondered if they were the same product under a different label, too.

Perhaps I should try messaging the manufacturer. I wasn't able to find a jar of the stuff I'm looking for.

Are you familiar with Red Star Yeast? if so, do find it tastier than other yeasts you've tried?

Thanks & best wishes,

Peggy

I actually do mostly sourdough now, and of course, that comes with its own flavor.  I am familiar with Red Star enough to know it works nicely.  Sorry, I don't know more.
